Diario Libre publishes an editorial today looking into the positive image of President Luis Abinader and the general opinion about why he does not remove cabinet ministers and directors of agencies that are getting bad press.
The editorial says the generalized opinion is that these are men and women that have the favor of former President Hipolito Mejia, a strong member of the ruling Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM).
President Luis Abinader is on campaign for reelection.
