PRM and PRD legislators under investigation register to be reelected; prosecution has yet to press charges

The Supreme Court of Justice says the Attorney General Office has yet to deposit evidence against deputies Nelson Marmolejos (PRM-Santiago), Faustina Guerrero (PRM-El Seibo), Sergio “Gory” Moya (PRM-National District) and Hector Feliz (PRD-Pedernales). These meanwhile have registered as pre-candidates to run in the 2024 elections.

A source at the Supreme Court of Justice told Diario Libre that state prosecutors have yet to press charges against the legislators and present the evidence. The Supreme Court of Justice appointed judge Napoleon Estevez Lavandier in the cases. The incriminations would include charges for ties to drug traffickers and money laundering.
