A truck loaded with sand overturned off 30 de Mayo highway, near the Sánchez highway toll, causing a major traffic jam for hours.
Agents from the General Traffic and Transportation Security Agency (Digesett) and road safety personnel from the Ministry of Public Works were sent to the scene of the spill.
