President Luis Abinader was in La Romana on Wednesday, 27 September to inaugurate the improvements to the La Caleta boardwalk, located south of La Romana city. The Presidency website explains that the area was renovated for the recreation of residents and tourists. The Presidency announced an investment of RD$88 million in the park area that faces the Caribbean Sea.
