Consultants for Nippon Koei, an international engineering firm, presented the Pre-Feasibility Study for the Mass Transport System for the Dominican Republic to the technical team of the Trust for Mass Transport System (Fitram). The Japanese government financed the study.
Japanese Ambassador Masahiro Takagi, chief of cooperation and economic affairs Fujiwaki Miyu, and Ogawa Motoko, director of promotion of projects for the instruction of the Ministry of Economy of Japan, made the presentation together with representatives of Nippon Koei.
