Residents in the Colonial City protested the Halloween partying in Colonial City public spaces. Thousands of young people hit the area to party. An influencer said he had hidden RD$200,000 in the Colonial City for anyone to find. There is a lack of bathrooms in the public spaces. The noise also was an issue.
