At the 1 November 2023 deadline to fill the five judges vacancies at the Constitutional Court, 117 persons had registered.
The National Council of the Magistracy (CNM) had convened the registrations. The CNM now proceeds to carry out a preselection that public hearings will follow.

The judges are expected to be named in December 2023.
