
Silver Airways has added a new nonstop service between San Juan, Puerto Rico and the Casa de Capo International Airport in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
The US carrier is now flying three times a week between San Juan and La Romana (LRM).
The prices of the flights in November vary as of 20 November on their website from one way low US$247.65 on Monday, 27 November to a high US$519.05 on 26 November. In December, their website lists flights priced as low as US$123.75 one way.
The airline also shows flights to Santiago (STI) and will be connecting Puerto Plata (POP) to San Juan, Puerto Rico as of December 2023.
The airline markets itself as the United States’ leading independent regional airline, operating mostly routes within Florida and between Florida and The Bahamas from its gateways in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa.
Its Caribbean network connects Puerto Rico with the US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Dominica and Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Silver Airways is not part of any airline alliance. Silver is a codeshare partner with United, JetBlue, American, Delta, Avianca and Copa Airlines, and has interline agreements with Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Azul, Bahamasair, and Emirates.
