The Licey Tigers of Santo Domingo defeated the Estrellas Orientales of San Pedro de Macoris 3-1 on Tuesday, 23 January 2024 and tied the playoffs after winning the third and fourth games of the playoffs. Each team now has two wins with three games to go.
The playoffs are a seven-game series. The team to win the first four travels to Miami to play in the Caribbean Series.
The teams get a break on Wednesday, 24 January and then resume play over the weekend.
