The Dominican Professional Winter Baseball Championship will be decided by Saturday, 27 January 2024. The teams are playing the final three games of the seven-game playoffs. The Licey Tigers of Santo Domingo and the Estrellas Orientales of San Pedro de Macoris are tied to two games each.
The winner wins the pennant and travels to Miami to compete in the Caribbean Series.
