National District senator Faride Raful is on the campaign trail for President Luis Abinader in New York. President Luis Abinader asked Raful to decline her aspirations to be reelected senator and instead take a leading role in his reelection campaign.
Raful is campaigning to ensure that President Abinader maintains a majority of the expat vote in the United States.
Polls indicate that President Luis Abinader will most likely be reelected in a first or second round.
