A 25-year old Colombian woman, Paola Parra, said to be a serial seductress was arrested moments before she would have taken a flight to the Dominican Republic. Her modus operandi was to use a banned substance to make her victim fall unconscious while she robbed the person. She used the dating app Bubble to meet her victims.
Brazilian Interpol was on the lookout for her after victims complained.
She was arrested at the Medellin airport before leaving for the DR.
Parra was arrested at José María Córdoba International Airport in Medellín on Tuesday, 5 March 2024. The Colombian is accused by authorities of stealing $23,000 in cryptocurrency from a man in Brazil after meeting him through Bumble.
