Paulino with her first four wins in the league had already secured her participation in the winner-takes-all competition in each of the 32 disciplines during the Diamond League Final in Brussels. Her win will come with a US$40,000 cash prize and a Diamond Trophy created by Beyer of Zurich, one of the oldest and most respected jewellers in the world.
Then next on her agenda is the Athlos Track Meet Athlos track meet—an all-women’s competition that’s set for 26 September 2024 in New York City. The race is promising “the largest prize purse ever for a women’s track event,” with US$60,000 going to the winner of each race and prize money down to sixth place. She has accepted the invitation from meet co-organizer, Gabby Thomas of the United States who won gold in 200m in the Paris Olympic Games.
