World2Fly has announced it will operate weekly direct flights from Madrid and Lisbon to La Romana International (LRM). The airport is located 15 minutes from La Romana city and outside of Casa de Campo. It is less than a half an hour drive from resorts in the Dominicus and Bayahibe beach area. It is about 50 minutes from the Punta Cana area. The airport may also be the fastest to clear in the Dominican Republic.
Weekly flights to La Romana will operate from June to October 2025, with departures on Saturdays from Madrid and Fridays from Lisbon.
To complement the new routes, New Blue, World2Meet’s tour operator, has developed comprehensive vacation packages that include flights, transfers, accommodations, and local assistance.
La Romana International Airport is already served by Neos that flies directly to and from Rome, Italy.
