The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort, a Marriott luxury brand, is set to open its doors in April 2025, marking the Marriott luxury brand’s debut in the Dominican Republic. The luxury resort located in the southern Cap Cana residential and tourism development will feature 200 rooms, including suites with swim-out options. The resort will have nine distinct culinary and leisure experiences.
Amenities include four pools, a world-class spa, and proximity to the renowned Punta Espada Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Booking, the hotel reservations online platform, is accepting reservations starting 15 April 2025. Rates are around US$1,500 per night.
To prepare for the opening, celebrated chef Diego Muñoz recently visited the St. Regis Cap Cana to oversee the final preparations for his much-anticipated restaurant, Nina. Drawing inspiration from his Peruvian roots and utilizing local Dominican ingredients, Nina—meaning “fire” in Quechua—will showcase Latin flavors transformed by the primal element of fire.
In the Caribbean, the St Regis brand already has resorts in Puerto Rico (St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort), Bermuda (The St. Regis Bermuda Resort), Turks & Caicos (St. Regis Turks & Caicos) and Aruba (St. Regis Aruba).
