After US hotel chains took the plunge and converted to Dominican Republic-style all-inclusive resort vacations, each hotel brand that opens a resort in the Punta Cana area seems to be trying to outdo itself.
The new W Punta Cana at Uvero Alto, in the north stretch of the 50km Punta Cana beachfront, opens this 15 April 2025 offering attractions conceived for the adult market.
Marriott is calling the resort their “beachfront treasure” in the Dominican Republic. The usual pools, spas, bars and restaurants have been designed to stand out as what the chain is calling “an elevated adult all-inclusive experience.”
