Shakira has again canceled a concert of the “Women Don’t Cry Anymore” tour, this time the concert scheduled for Santo Domingo’s Olympic Stadium on Wednesday, 2 April 2025. The reason cited is operational problems beyond the artist’s control. The concert is postponed for a yet to be announced date in September 2025.
Shakira has been touring South and North America since mid-February with her album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” (“The Women Don’t Cry Anymore”).
There had already been cancellations of tour dates in Peru (Lima), after the artist reported suffering severe abdominal pains. Concerts were also canceled in Colombia (Medellin) and Chile. In Chile, two performances were cancelled reportedly due to technical problems.
