
Crystal Fiallo returns to the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE) as executive director after a stint in government. She had served as deputy director of the Procurement Agency (DGCP) and as director of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP).
She had begun her work career with ANJE in 2015 as a researcher, where she contributed to initiatives focused on institutional strengthening and young business leadership.
Fiallo is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Unibe in Santo Domingo with post-graduate studies in Governance and Development from the University of Sussex (England), and in Administrative Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain and the Global Institute in Santo Domingo. She is completing her thesis for her masters degree in Public Procurement and Contracting remotely with the Universidad Nacional de San Martín (UNSAM) of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Her experience includes active participation in high-level working groups on key national issues, acting as moderator and rapporteur for the Educational Pact and the Electrical Pact within the Economic and Social Council (CES).
She has also taught at prestigious institutions such as Barna Management School, UNIBE, and the Central American Institute of Public Administration (ICAP) in Costa Rica.
