White Sox director of player development Paul Janish touched on the importance of the government’s support and emphasized that the organization’s priority is to elevate excellence in talent engagement and development, while also building strong relationships with community and nonprofit organizations to contribute beyond the field.

Also present were Deputy Minister Franklin de la Mota; Mayor Leocadia Núñez (Doña Nellys); the director of the MLB office in the country, Nelson Tejada; and numerous White Sox representatives – Lowis Silverio, Katie Savarise, Jared McMahon, Geoff Head, David Keller, and Wellington Morrobel.
