Known for her accessibility, authenticity and spontaneity, First Lady Raquel Arbaje spoke of how she has always been an advocate that there is a need to communicate more about what is being accomplished in the Luis Abinader administration.
She spoke of why she signed a letter protesting a Penal Code passed in the Chamber of Deputies that earned the rejection of the president of the Chamber of Deputies. The First Lady said she is a devote Catholic, but acted in her condition as a citizen and president of the children’s cabinet in government.
