Dominican military arrested traveling on the Jicomé-Navarrete 16 undocumented Haitians traveling in a small car into the Dominican Republic. One of the passengers was an infant.
In the video shared on social media, the military counts the 16 as they come out from the vehicle. Four were in the trunk.
