
The Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Tourism will be closed from Thursday, 16 November through Monday, 20 November 2017. The suspension of services in the building is to carry out much needed fumigation due to a bacteria that reportedly is affecting the installations. The National Center for Conservation of Documents (Cenacod) is in charge of the remediation.
The Ministry of Environment says that the closure only affects the main headquarters of the Ministry. The provincial offices will continue to operate as normal and the technical staff of the Ministry has been assigned to fieldwork.
