The Ministry of Public Works reported assisting 4,797 persons on the nation’s highways over the Duarte long weekend. The Ministry service patrols included ambulances, mobile repair workshops, and towing services. The statistics for the weekend operation indicate that 1,730 persons were assisted in the north, 1,258 in the south and 1,200 in the east.
