For the first time, avocados and mangos from the Dominican Republic are on sale in Russia. The Russian market is regarded as an opening for export growth given that the country has 160 million consumers.
José Manuel Castillo Betances, Dominican ambassador in Russia, said that the Dominican mango and avocado exported to Russia are of high quality.
