After authorized a two-week medical leave by Judge Francisco Ortega who is in charge of hearing the Odebrecht US$92 million bribes case, former Public Works Minister Victor Diaz Rua returned to the Dominican Republic. The announcement was made by his lawyer, Miguel Valerio.
