The First Collegiate Court of the National District sentenced on Wednesday, 18 October 2018, Brayan Peter Félix Paulino (Mariachi) to 30 years in jail and Francisco Alberto de Jesús Caraballo de 20 years in jail for participation in several assaults under ring-leader, the late John Percival. These two are also sentenced to compensate the relatives of the affected by their crimes with RD$10 million, and another RD$10 million to the Banco Popular Dominicano, for damages during a bank robbery.
