Palacio del Cine in Blue Mall is hosting the 2019 Global Film Festival. The Festival de Cine Global Dominicano is organized by the Global Foundation. The opening night is on 30 January at 7pm at the National Theater. The film that opens the show is: “Como si fuera la primera vez,” a Mexican comedy filmed in the Dominican Republic.
