Rafael Antonio Diaz (Buche) was sentenced to a year of pre-trial custody Judge Rosaura Garabito in the murder case against colonel Daniel Ramos in Baní on 8 January 2019. Others sent to pre-trial custody are Luis Milcíades Santana (El Chamo) and Milcíades Ruiz (Chiquito Mala Fe), accused of murdered of gunshot the commander of the drug control depart at the Police Department in Peravia.
