The Public Ministry has asked Santo Domingo West judges to condemn those involved in the disappearance and assassination of the 10-year old child, Carla Massiel, to 30 years in prison. Those accused are Darwin Trinidad Infante and Juan Cabral Martinez. The case is heard by judges María Socorro, Nelson Romero Alba and Cecilia Toribio Melo. The 10-year old Carla Massiel disappeared on 25 June 2015 in Los Garcia in Pedro Brand and her bones were found on 16 August 2016. The media is reporting the judges could decide by this coming Friday, 8 February 2019.
