Puerto Plata is readying for the second edition of its Dominican Rum Festival. Puerto Plata has two leading rum facilities – Brugal and Vinícola del Norte – where visitors can take tours to learn all about the rums and liquors that are manufactured there and are for sale.
The festival will be staged at the Parque Urbanístico La Puntilla and the Puerto Plata Amphitheater, with multiple activities organized by the rum producers from Friday, 19 July through Saturday 20 July 2019.
