Rescue crews say four persons died on Tuesday, after being buried under the rubble of a hotel under construction on Calle El Sol in front of the Gran Teatro Cibao. Four bodies have been recovered, as of Tuesday. Canine units alert more workers are buried by the debris. The crews rescued workers Daniean Jean and Frank Burgos who were hospitalized.
The chief of the firemen of Santiago says the dead so far have been identified as the workers Haitian Dave Dorivald, 19-year old Joan Manuel Cruz Rivera and Ariel José Tavares Torres.
