Interior and Police Minister Franklin Almeyda Rancier has said that tomorrow’s Restoration Day is an exception to the Presidential decree that restricts the sale of alcoholic beverages. Thus, tomorrow being a holiday, the restriction will not be applied tonight. Also excluded are Christmas and New Year’s Days, and private areas located within tourist resorts.
