16 December 2019 is the very last day to obtain the sticker, called the “marbete,” the vehicular circulation tax in compliance with Transit Law 63-17. The National Traffic Safety Agency (Digesett) has announced that starting on Tuesday, 17 December 2019, vehicles without the sticker will be towed at the cost of the vehicle owner.
