According to data from the Building Offer Study (EOE) of the National Statistics Office (ONE), it costs less to live in Santo Domingo West municipality.
The ONE study reveals that the average price per square meter of housing in Santo Domingo West is RD$24,726.43. This compares to RD$29,342.47 in Los Alcarrizos and Santo Domingo North. Next is Santo Domingo East, where the average price per square meter is RD$31,303.77. In the National District, the cost per square meter is RD$65,634.58.
The average dwelling is an apartment with a cost ranging from RD$2 million to RD$3 million and consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a parking space
