Oscar-winning film “Parasite” is showing in Santo Domingo at the Novocentro Fine Arts cinema on Av. Lope de Vega, at Downtown Center in Bella Vista, and in Marina Casa de Campo in La Romana. The South Korean film won the Oscars for best picture, best international feature film, best original screenplay award, best director, best production design and best film editing.
The win makes “Parasite” the first ever foreign-language film in the ceremony’s 92-year history to take the top prize.
