There is a new reason to return or make a first-time visit to the view-rich Fray Antonio de Montesinos monument on the Malecon of Santo Domingo. Top-rated Dominican contemporary artists Engel Leonardo, Pascual Meccariello, Patricia Castillo (Patutus), Rafael Perez Concepcion and Raquel Paiewonsky are presenting their work in an art collective. The exhibition, “With Eyes on the Sea” is open from Thursday, 20 February through 30 March 2020.
