Reports are that the Port Authority in Puerto Rico is restricting the disembarking of crew members on cargo ships from the Dominican Republic from 7 to 14 March 2020. Likewise, Joel Piza, executive director of the Puerto Rico Port Authority, is recommending that charter flights be restricted to operations at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
Meanwhile, Ferries del Caribe, the ferry that travels between San Juan and Santo Domingo, reports that their trips are interrupted due to a mechanical failure.
