The Minister of Tourism left on Tuesday for Madrid to participate in the FITUR tourism industry trade show. The Minister, Frank Jorge Elías, is heading the Dominican delegation to the important Spanish tourism fair that opens the season of European trade shows. The private sector’s delegation is headed by the president of the Tourism Promotion Council, Simón Suárez. Also attending is Arturo Villanueva, executive vice president of the National Association of Hotels & Restaurants.
