The Police and state prosecutors announced the shutdown of a clandestine drug factory in Santiago. Fake drugs were packaged at the site in Licey al Medio, on the outskirts of Santiago. At the site, buckets and cardboard boxes filled with the packaged pills were seized. Machinery that was used for the packaging of the drugs was seized.
Two men, Winston Montero Méndez, 42, and Salomón Yubanex Cruz Tejada (El Gordo), 26, were arrested and will be sent to justice.
