President Luis Abinader was in Playa Grande on the north coast for groundbreaking for the U$313 million first phase of the tourism villas at the Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club development. The US$21 million dock will be built, complete with a breakwater. The first phase includes the building of the infrastructure for the luxury development.
