
The Dominican Red Cross promoted its vice president Miguel Sanz Flores to preside the organization. He replaces Dr. Ligia Leroux, who died recently after having been the director for over 20 years.
As reported, Sanz Flores has been the Red Cross first national vice president since 2019. Previously he held managerial positions at the agency. He is also the president of the Fantino Red Cross branch in Sanchez Ramirez province.
