The rector of the Santo Domingo Autonomous University (UASD), Emma Polanco was in New York to inaugurate the offices of the UASD at the Dominican Consulate. She said the office will facilitate that thousands of students who left the country before graduating can complete their studies taking online courses. The offices will operate from the consulate headquarters. Online services are offered to undergraduate and graduate students.
UASD students and graduates abroad will now be able to request their grades, certificates of graduation titles and other documents online and receive these at the new offices.
