Women’s groups, including the Campamento de la Resistencia (#rd3causales) that has been camping out in front of the Presidential Palace, have organized a national march to promote the including of the three grounds for abortion in national legislation. The Chamber of Deputies is reviewing the Penal Code and maintains the criminalization of abortion, including the three exceptions that are accepted by almost all countries around the world.
The march route is from Av. Máximo Gómez corner Av. México (in front of UNAPEC), with a stop at the Campamento de la Resistencia in front of the Presidential Palace. The march will then proceed south on Av. 30 de Marzo to reach Independence Park in the Colonial City area.
