Lt. Colonel Luis Morales (Luis Arquímedes Morales Reyes) is the commander of the Second Communications Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base in northern Louisiana, USA since last week. This native of El Seibo is a career US Air Force officer and pilot with over 24 years of service. He is also an expert in cybersecurity issues. Barksdale AFB is a major communications hub for the United States Air Force. It also houses Air Force bomber wings and other military assets such as the Air Force Global Strike Command, where communications are vital.
