Even if the person is vaccinated the rules for travel from a red list country to the UK the person is required before travel to England to take a Covid-19 test, book a quarantine hotel package, including 2 Covid-19 tests and complete a passenger locator form. And upon arrival in England, the person must quarantine in a managed hotel, and sit to two Covid-19 tests.
