Cesar El Abusador discos back in operation

At least two of the discotheques said to be owned by the drug trafficking and money laundering network headed by César Emilio Peralta (César el Abusador) were released to private owners by the authorities for operating under new names, as reported in El Dia.

As reported, Aqua Club has opened as Opra Club. El Dia reports that La Kuora had been leased by a military man who then transferred it to Cesar Emilio Peralta, and now has been returned to the original owner. A US federal court is hearing Peralta’s case in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The Cesar Emilio Peralta operation used the operation of discotheques to launder drug trafficking revenues. At the time of the investigation into the Peralta operations in the Dominican Republic, the authorities acknowledged these included VIP Room, Flow Gallery Lounge, Aqua Club and La Kuora.
