Cecilia García will be Alma Mahler in “Bride of the Wind,” (La Novia del Viento) the Susanne Keegan play. In the play, the character Alma Mahler tells of her life as the wife of composer Gustav Mahler, architect Walter Gropius, and novelist Franz Werfel. She discusses her own talent for music, her affair with Oskar Kokoschka, and her experiences through two world wars.
The dates are Thursday, 19 May, Friday, 20 May and Saturday 21 May 2022 at 8:30pm. On Sunday, 22 May, the performance will be earlier at 7pm.
