Deputy Jorge Cavoli Balbuena (PRM-María Trinidad Sanchez) is asking the authorities to identify the Cabrera illegal boat trip organizers. The trip ended with two corpses found, four people rescued by fishermen and 11 people missing of 17 who paid for the one-way ticket to Puerto Rico.
