If you care for your vehicle, avoid parking on congested city streets, and especially avoid double parking that leaves very little room for large vehicles to get through.
The National District government and Intrant have worked out the Park Right Initiative (Parqueate Bien). A video is circulating showing a tow truck passing through several city streets causing damage to irregularly parked vehicles. It is not known if the wide tow truck was assigned to this program or was imprudent driving by a private tow truck driver headed to a job.
