The Migration Agency (DGM) says it has simplified the process for the permit required for minors to travel without both parents. The permit will now be issued in 48 hours.
The requirements for the permit are online and most of the documents can be uploaded to the Internet to facilitate the issuing of the permit.
The permit is required to reduce the likelihood of child abduction.
